A Little History
CSA was founded in 1974. The company was incorporated and named to Cullen Engineering Associates, Inc. in 1981, and renamed to Cullen-Sherry & Associates, Inc. after Rod Sherry partnered with Dan Cullen in 2002. As CSA, the company has prospered and grown to become the competitive engineering firm it is today.

Delivering successful projects since 1974 – CSA is a full service Surveying, Civil Engineering and Site Planning/Land Development firm located in Benicia, CA. Our knowledgeable, experienced professionals will work with you to layout and design your project vision. We are comfortable negotiating and coordinating with local, state and federal agencies to provide the most effective and economical solutions for your project. We work efficiently throughout the Bay Area and surrounding areas on development projects of all sizes, from simple residential to large industrial and commercial projects.

This is evident in our ongoing relationships with our clients, both large and small. CSA is responsible for the majority of the subdividing, mapping, surveying, and civil design of the Benicia Industrial Park, Downtown Pleasant Hill, Fleetside Industrial Park, and the Port of Benicia. CSA, to this day, is provides professional support to AMPORTS, Valero, City of Benicia, Benicia Marnia and several other companies throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Not deterred by bridges and such, we have also completed substantial projects in Alameda, Marin, Napa, and Contra Costa Counties.
